What helps me make sure I get my daily workout in, is to get up 20 minutes before the kids and do it first thing in the morning. I have some of my Savasa workout gear set up the night before and by the time they are awake I have already worked out and am ready to have a great day!!

Bringing together a community of women. That is what this topic is about. Helping you get organized. What tips to you have to save time? How can you help yourself be more organized so that finding time for yourself is not only possible but easy to do.
Here are some inspirational thoughts for encouragement. Get started mentally. Print them up and tape them to your bathroom mirror, post them on your refrigerator, even put them on your computers screen saver.

I love to run the trails and play sports. I get injured alot and know that its important to still do some kind of workout. It helps keep me in the game and feeling better. I will not let myself get down or discouraged. Keeping fit, strong and healthy are a way of life for me!
